Booking

  • Minimum age to book: 21 years
  • Valid government ID required at check-in
  • Foreign nationals must share passport & visa copy before arrival
  • Primary guest must acknowledge the policy at check-in
  • No unregistered visitors

Payment & Refund

  • Full payment required at booking
  • Payment via UPI / Bank Transfer / Paytm / Google Pay
  • ₹2,000 refundable security deposit collected at check-in (for damages if any)
  • No refunds
  • 100% credit for a future stay within 3 months, subject to availability

Home guidelines

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out (up to 1 hour) subject to availability
  • No pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, fireworks, or open flames
  • Respect the home, furniture, plants, trees and neighbours
  • Keep the property clean and noise low
  • Guests are responsible for any damages

Safety

  • Our caretaker stays on the property 24*7 for your quick needs
  • Keep doors and windows locked when not in use
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • CCTV only in external gated areas (not indoors)
  • Wildlife may pass through – be extra cautious at night
  • At night move in groups, carry a torch, and avoid leaving food outside
